This book is like a Red Tent ceremony but in a tapestry of stories woven together to heal the shame and trauma of menstruation.

This is your invitation take a trip down memory lane and pen your first bleed story. To heal your own shame and trauma, to nurture that inner child, reclaim your power and pass that wisdom on to our darling daughters.

A piece that will allow teach and honour our cycles and rhythms. That might give permission to stand in the truth about periods and blood. To know and accept our bodies and their cycles unapologetically and to be supported by a community of those who came before. 

This publication will be a compilation of memoirs, poems, advice and practical tips for our younger generation to feel inspired, prepared and connected tofor their menstrual . For magic happens when we are connected.
